She's a gender bent Dr. Facilier from "The Princess and the Frog." I don't think many people have seen it, but it's one of my favorite Disney movies. One of the richest, culturally, I think. I could ramble on about it all day.

Oh yes, if people use NPCs in this game. I want them to be NPC Disney characters that people are least likely to want to RP as a character. Like, I have Ludwig von Drake as Gaston's scientist. He is the grandfather of Donald Duck.

What we should do is make a list of not focal but fun villains that we would like to drop into the story. Hahaha

Written Description:

Elsa is use to being underestimated. Tall and thin, it appears that a stiff wind could be her undoing, but she has shown time and time again that she is just as tough as her male counterparts on the police force. Her hair is pale blonde, nearly white, and all natural. More often than not it can be found twisted into her signature braid. Her skin is very pale and her large blue eyes give a haunting appearance that is often remembered well after she has met someone.

While on patrol, she has taken to wearing the uniform of the Crown City Police Force with something added extra. Black leather gloves are usually on her hands, no matter the weather. She claims it is because of a skin condition, but the reality is, she has little control over the power she contains. Things will mysteriously "freeze" wherever she has been.

Personality:

Elsa is an extreme loner. Many might describe her as an introvert, especially compared to her sister, Anna. Anna is a constant annoyance to Elsa, inviting her to parties to meet that special someone. Ignoring Anna has become some what of a game for Elsa, one that she greatly enjoys. Focused on her career, Elsa is more often than not found on patrol, helping to try and keep the streets of Crown City safe.

Elsa's reputation as a clean cop has drawn the ire of a few corrupt people in the past. She is not above taking down those that need to be taught a lesson or those that are within violation of the law. She believes strongly in helping those less fortunate that herself and will volunteer her time to help the homeless find shelter and food for the night.

Character Story:

Elsa Arendelle was born in Crown City to Norwegian immigrants, Agnarr and Iduna Arendelle. Her father, a former mayoral candidate and city council member, and her mother were killed in a boating accident shortly after her 18th birthday. Having to grow up quickly to support her younger sister, Anna, Elsa developed a very serious demeanor. Taking on her parents' sense of duty, she enrolled as a cadet with the Crown City Police Force, becoming one of the youngest members to be awarded the badge.

She lives simply in a large house built at the turn of the 20th century that she has lovingly restored on her own. She still supports Anna as she pursues a college degree, even if the two butt heads frequently on Anna's choices in life. When Anna's last boyfriend came on the scene, Elsa sent him running by bringing up his former history with drugs. She is very protective of her little sister.

Weapons:

Elsa's go to weapon is her standard issue Glock 19. She is an excellent markswoman and trains regularly at gun rangers to ensure that her accuracy is top notch. She is also skilled in the use of non-lethal weapons such as her collapsible police baton and taser.

As the Snow Queen, she is learning the finer points of wielding a sharp and deadly sword made from ice. It isn't an exact science, but she is most definitely getting use to it.

Super Powers:

Elsa has known since she was very little that she was "different". At first, her ability to control snow and ice was fun. She and Anna would play all day on the frozen floors of the family living room. However, one day Anna was injured after Elsa failed to control her power. The ice grew more and more dangerous, changing with Elsa's moods. When she was angry, the ice would grow pointed and sharp, much like a dagger or a sword. When she was happy, the snow would be hauntingly beautiful. The bad soon started to outweigh the good and Elsa has worked for many years to get herself under control.

No one knows that the good cop is also Snow Queen, a vigilante that has been watching the city slums for months. Large swaths of ice will mysteriously appear to stop get away vehicles and a few criminals have been trapped in cages of dangerously pointed ice, waiting for the cops to arrive. It is an outlet for her frustrations, one that she is coming to enjoy greatly.

Pets:

Marshmallow the Husky has been Elsa's constant companion for the past two years. He is intensely loyal to his mistress. The two can often be seen on runs through Crown City Central Park during Elsa's rare time off. Don't mess with Marshmallow!

Abilities:

Fluent in Norwegian: It is the very first language that she learned at home. She is a proud member of the small Norwegian population of Crown City and is often treated to free meals in Little Norway.

Accomplished Markswoman: She is deadly with a pistol and has had to use force without hesitation on the job.

Control of Ice and Snow: While the ability can be unpredictable at times, Elsa has worked hard to contain this aspect of her life. Only when she is the Snow Queen does she really let loose, showing everyone just what she can really do.

Friends: Anna, Elsa's sister, is her only true friend besides Marshmallow.

Perfect! :D Now we just need a few more CSes and I'll throw up the IC for everyone to go crazy in. If there are heroes who want to be apart of Hercules's soon-to-be named Hero League, then just let us know here in the OOC, so we can get an idea.
 
Where is Herc anyways? I am working on making Belle less of a start upper and more a figure in action. I'm sure she'll want to join the League. Can we call it League of Legends? Because that's funny on several levels. Including the LoL ~ :D:D:D

I was honestly planning for this to be the OOC because we've already been talking in it. I was just going to link all the profiles in the opening post (OP).

This is different from Fantasia lol. Fantasia requires the players to constantly keep track of their xp and stats. We don't have that here. Also, if we do get new people to this game, which I'm sure we will, they'll already be in the recruitment thread/OOC.

But that's why I rather not list them in the front because this game is bound to get more interest but my concern is who all has already applied. We'll wait for their profiles and once they're all in, we'll start the game.
