It's complex:
1. We don't have them
2. They seem to changed when touched and in many cases like being touched.

What's not to adore about them?
As someone said, the sheer variety is amazing and the fact that they're particularly accessible is fun, too. I suppose my favourites, though, are nipples that are incredibly sensitive.
