Can't seem to update my story

I've been trying to update one of my stories for a couple of weeks now, but to no avail. I've resubmitted the story with the changes, added EDITED to the end of the title, but it doesn't seem to work. I've also asked for help through email, but no reply.

Any help would be appreciated.

1. Does the revised story appear in your list of submissions as 'pending'?

2. If not, did you preview and then hit the submit button?

Edited stories take much longer than new submissions - typically a week to ten days BUT the pending edited story should appear on your list within seconds. If not, you have probably failed in the submission process for some reason.

If you think you did it correctly and it HASN'T appeared as pending in your list of story submissions, all you can do is send a Personal Message to Laurel. Email doesn't work.

When submitting an EDITED story it is a good idea to check that your title is EXACTLY the same including spaces and capitalisation before the EDITED, and add a note in the Notes box that this is an edited story.

I have one that's been hanging around for about a week now. Once you get to the point that it is in your list and says pending, don't click on the pending link, the will just cycle the story to the back of the queue of edited stories.

It says that it's pending. Though I have probably clicked on the pending after three four days and changed some things, thinking I had missed something.
Guess I'll just let it sit there for a week or so.

Just a bit annoying since it's the first chapter, and I can't really post the second chapter until the changes are in.

Oh well.

Every time you click on 'pending' it goes to the back of the queue.

So it will be a week to ten days AFTER the last time you clicked on 'pending', even if you change nothing.
