Scott just smiled as he leaned in and gave her a kiss now that she was awake and aware of her surroundings. His hand finding hers.."I will more than be happy to lend you some assistance with this case. Now that your awake, I believe the Doc was going to release you once you woke." Scott informed her while he used his other hand to trace over the veins in the back of her hand, enjoying how soft her skin felt... "I'll go find him and hurry him up a little." Scott spoke up several minutes later for he was really enjoying the holding of hands with her..

Kelsey nodded with a smile watching his hand caress hers.

Sounds... Good.

Missy speaks up. "You were going to come get us, but now you're telling us to leave? You don't make any sense, Jon. None of this is making sense...like why you're here in the first place. He's her father, and you are what? A bouncer at the club. How DARE you tell her father that you'll let him know how his flesh and blood is doing!"

She looked over at JD who was standing there quiet, for the moment. She knew he was simply gathering his thoughts. It had been a rough week for everyone, and he had just found out his daughter had been attacked in her apartment.

Missy looked back at Jon. "Mr. Deacon, whether any of us like it or not, hired protection for Stacia, a little too late. You know, Mr Deacon. The guy that hired JD, who hired you to be a bouncer, not a body guard."

She walked closer to him as she spoke quietly but firmly, her anger at Jon clearly visible. Before she could do anything else, she felt a tug on her hand holding her back. She turned to see if it was JD or the body guard who was hired to protect Stacia.

Isis had heard enough and she could see Missy was beginning to lose her temper and the possibility of things getting out of control. Grabbing Missy's hand she said "That's enough". Then turning to JD she said "If you want to see your daughter there's no reason you should be prevented. You've got every right!"

Turning to to bouncer she eyeballed him and said "You're not going to stop him are you?" Isis was trained to remain calm and knew that one on one an enemy was weaker when he or she lost control. To aggravate the bouncer just that little more and weaken his defence further she added "Unless of course you've got something to hide".

JD was feeling overwhelmed. Stacia and Kelsey reappearing in his life, the videos, the shootings, two attacks on Stacia. It was all too much

JD head was spinning, he knew he was at the hospital with Missy, but that was about all he knew.

People were running all around him. JD heard voices Some he knew, some he did not

JD tried to focus. He saw Missy yelling at Jon

JD loved how spunky Missy was. She was like his little bulldog. She was his but she had quickly taken it upon herself to protect everything that was his as well because she now saw it as hers....

JD loved that. JD loved Missy

JD had no choice but to quickly shake off his thoughts of love when he saw that Missy was about to hit Jon..JD reached up to try and stop Missy but someone beat JD to the punch

JD had just met this woman moments before, she had met Missy outside The Screaming Tail and followed them to the hospital...she claimed to be some sort of guard, hired by Tom of all people,to protect Stacia

The woman's name was Iris or Issis..something like that

anyway....it was this woman that stopped Missy from hitting Jon, before JD could stop Missy from hitting Jon. It was also this woman that said to JD

If you want to see your daughter there's no reason you should be prevented. You've got every right!"

JD soon answered the woman in a soft voice...

I would really like to see my daughter...

but it was too late, the woman was gone in a flash and in all the confusion JD had know idea why she was gone

so JD staggered back towards Missy all the while mumbling...

I just want to see my daughter

George received the message and immediately dropped what she was doing. Luckily she had her light blue track suite on which made running easier. Ensuring her pistol was secured she also took the tracker and ran to her car.

The tracking device showed she was less than 20 kilometres from where Isis was in her car and she put her foot down on the accelerator. Getting nearer all the time she finally spotted Isis.

"Visual contact established" she radioed "I'm going to try to get the driver to stop by blocking his route ahead." Ahead of the target vehicle George saw a removal van. Taking careful aim with her pistol and ensuring no one saw her she shot out the left rear tyre. The van sweyed and turned into a skid blocking the road. The target vehicle had to stop giving Isis time to catch up.

Drawing up next to the target vehicle George got out of her car and was joined by Isis. Opening the passenger door she said "Miss Stacia Danger? I'm a nurse and I've been sent by Mr Tom Deacon to ensure your safety".

The two girls demonstrated that they were in charge of the situation.

By now the van driver was out and asking if everyone was alright. Turning to him Isis said "Yes everyone's fine." Then looking at the van she said "Looks a bad puncture. I think you ought to call your service station to get it repaired. You don't want the police looking at dodgy tyres." The bluff worked and the man hurried back to his van.

Turning back to the George she said "In your list of staff members Deacon gave you have you got a J. Danger listed? Do you have his mobile?" She hesitated then said "He at least needs to know his daughter is alright."

George gave Isis the number and while she was addressing Stacia about her nursing needs Isis sent a text to JD "Your daughter is safe. From the tall girl who followed Missy". She waited a reply.

Missy was couldn't believe what was going on! On minute, she was yelling at Jon ready to hurt him for hurting JD, and the next she was watching Isis running out the door because Stacia was missing!

Before she even had a chance to worry about WHO had her, and why they wanted her, Missy turned around and saw the pallor in JD's face. As he stumbled closer to her, she heard him speaking under his breath, barely able to make it out.

"I just want to see my daughter." he said right before he grabbed her and held tightly to her.

She wrapped her arms around him and held him before telling him, "I don't know what's going on, but Stacia is a strong woman. You will see her, but I can bet that it won't be here. Why don't we go to the club. You don't have to do anything but wait in the office, I'll make sure things are taken care of. I think that she will show up there. Jon and Liam are with her, so she isn't in any danger. Look at me, Sir..." she looked him in the eye as he raised his head, "You've been things worse than this, you will get through this, too! Let's get to the club, let's be there when she shows up!"

With that, JD stood and they made their way back out to the parking lot. This time, Missy drove the short distance to the club, parking around the corner as he had done earlier in the day.

Reaching into the glove box, Missy grabbed the envelope of DVDs that had been put there shortly before. Coming around to the sidewalk where JD was waiting, she walked beside him, holding his hand all the way back into the club, even though he hadn't said a word all the way back.

As they came to the entrance, Meryl opened the door for them to pass through. "Meryl, if Stacia or Liam or anyone else that works here finally shows up...I want you to send them to the office, please. Thanks"

The only thing Missy dreaded at this point was if Tom Deacon still had the gall to be sitting at JD's desk.

Scott looks up from his caressing as she replies to him. He nods and gets up and walks out looking for the Doc that patched her up.. He goes to the Nurses station and see if they could page him. He also took the time to look about and see if her CO was still around.

"I didn't put it away earlier because Tom Deacon was in here with that tall security guard. I was surprised to see him, and I didn't want to leave it while he was still here." She replied, looking around to make sure he wasn't still lurking somewhere.

"I better get it in there right now." she continued, and walked around to the safe. Looking up at JD she said, "I remember it's 33...something 6 and 9. With all the ruckus, I've forgotten the other number."

JD growled a bit...Tom hated running the club day to day...but it had seemed lately that Tom hated JD running The Screaming Tail again even more...JD was sure this was not the last he had heard from Tom

JD growled again..but tried to focus on Missy

JD moved behind Missy and took her shoulders softly before kissing them as he told her the code to the safe in a whisper...

JD then smiled and moved behind his desk...as he sat down he looked up to Missy and said...

love...what do you know about that woman we met at the hospital?...Iris?...no..no..Isiss...is that right?...Tom hired her to guard Stacia?

JD was worried about Stacia...She was his daughter...no doubt about it..she hated hospitals just like her Dad...

JD laughed a bit as he thought about how much his daughter was like him

with his mind more at ease now he wanted to go look for Stacia but he knew Missy was right...it was best that they stay at the club in case she showed up here..but JD wondered if she would..did she think of the club as her home?..Did she want to see her father as much as he wanted to see her?

with this on his mind JD picked up his phone, it was beeping like crazy..as he listened to the beeps JD blurted out...

why are there so many damn messages on my phone?

JD laughed out loud as he started to listen to the messages

I walked through the door to the Tails and looked around. I was still a little skeptical of coming back here after all that has happened but my need for money brought me back for I almost have my house paid off and once that is over I can look for something else unless I grow to like this place but that was a far reach at the moment.

I nervously walk up to the waitress area and look what sector of the tables that were assigned to me. I nod to the other girls whom looked almost as nervous as I was, but the talk was about one of the dancers being attacked in her home. This really pushed me back toward the door, as I did a quick about face and slowly began to walk out, but one of the girls called out to me as she walked up and told me that there was extra security hired and that it will be safe. I nod nervously as I turn back under her arm and return to the waitress station.

I unbutton the few buttons I was told to and took one of the trays and slowly started my shift. Keeping on eye out for Jon or JD, Whom I have yet to figure out from my visit with him in the office the other day..

He reached out to brace Trisha in case she fell and said to her...

He moved closer to him.. "Doc, do you have a card, I'm in the same shadows as she is and there maybe a time that I need your help." he ask flatly...

"Thanks Doc.." Scott shook the man's hand and headed back to the room where Kelsey was at.. "Well, I hate to tell you this but its going to be a few days before they let you go, something about observation against infections." He tried to keep a straight face but he was never good at poker so the smile came burst through the serious look...

"OK... In an hour.." He gave up the poker hand..

Daisy had watched Missy and JD heading into the office a few minutes earlier, soon after some guy named Tom Deacon had left. Neil had told her just to get busy working and not to worry about anything even though he was the only bouncer on the floor. Meryl was still working the door, but his shift was ending soon.

Daisy saw Alexa walk in hesitantly. She looked as nervous as a filly. Making her way up to the waitress station, she saw her starting to leave.

"Wait, Alexa!" Daisy said. "I don't think we have anything to worry about. With all the commotion in the front office today, I've heard there's been extra security hired. Don't know who it is, but that doesn't matter. Security is security."

She walked her back to the waitress station and, while she waited for Tina to get the drinks ready.

I don't understand where everyone else is, hoping Liam was coming to work. She had checked the schedule and he was supposed to be here by now!

She smiled feeling his kiss on her shoulder. There was nothing in the world like being care for this way.

Missy dialed the numbers on the safe while JD began listening to the messages. Once it was opened, she put the envelope on the top, but as far back as it could go. Closing the safe, she stood up and sat in the chair in front of JD's desk.

"The only thing that I know about her is what I overheard when I came into the office earlier. He had told her that she and her partner were hired to "protect his property, not him". He was speaking of Stacia, not the club." She said. "At first I didn't know who he was, and in the end, I didn't care."

She listened to him laugh as she recounted what had happened when she had confronted Tom Deacon, grinning at hearing it again. In the back of her mind, she was silently praying that Stacia and everyone else would show up soon.

"Sir, there's is one thing we've overlooked since leaving the house this morning." Missy hated to remind him, but it needed to be brought up. "We've forgotten Kelsey went to the hospital with gunshot wounds."

JD quit laughing.

Neil was still upset with himself for just walking away from Stacia at the hospital....JD had told him not to worry about it and to try to focus on work but Neil could not get Stacia on the marks on her face out of his mind..

Neil was muttering to himself about the guy who had jumped Stacia the night before...

I just received my tray of drinks and bar nuts with the table assignment from Tina when I looked over at Daisy with a nod about Liam, whom I haven't met yet but as she put it, security is security. I'd rather have Jon since I have already met him and he seemed pleasant to be around.

"I'll talk at you later Daisy." I scoop up my tray and head to the table where four nice looking gentlemen were sitting. Upon my arrival they all quite down and look at me as I pick up a drink and the one that ordered indicated themselves to me, handing the drink over with the bowl of beer nuts, I received the staring thank you from each one. I was happy when I was finished for being eye stripped four times was enough for me.

On my way back I man backed up and just managed to knock me slightly off balance but a strong arm curving around my waist balanced me out. I looked at him and smiled as he apologized to me. "It's okay, thanks for the support or I would have been sprawled out down on the floor, that would not have been pretty." I simply reply back to the man, nodding and smiling to him like I was told a few times.

I look toward the waitress station, to Tina, Back to the man next to me.. "Thanks again Sir but I have more tables to tend too. I hope you enjoy your visit to the Screaming Tails and If there is anything else I can help you with sir, please let me know. I will be bouncing around the tables here all evening." I smile, "OH, is there anything I can help you with now sir?" I look at him with a small dimpling smile..

Stacia growled.

This is Liam he is a bouncer at the club and is doing just what I asked him. Getting me the hell out of that hospital. Now the question is who the hell are you and why should I trust you over him?

Isis looked across at the driver who was saying nothing and back to Stacia. "I think you heard my colleague tell you she's a nurse. That doesn't mean she's taking you back into hospital. We are simply here to protect you and get you to a place of safety." Looking back at Liam she added "He can come too if it makes you feel safer".

Kelsey nodded and sat up to get out of bed.

Scott helped her to sit up and move to the edge of the bed. "Okay you ready to stand up?" He really didn't know how the pain killers would effect her as far as her balance so he stood next to her ready to give a hand if she seemed woosie when standing up on her own. "We do need to get out of here before they bring that hospital food this way!" He muttered jokingly.. "May I ask what's your plan after we leave here?"

She stood slowly too stubborn to let meds get the best of her.

They actually have a pretty good chef here but food outside of here is good too. Hell my boss is part owner in a BBQ joint just down the road from here. Beyond that go see what info I can get out of JD and Stacia. They both forget I grew up for a time watching Maryia use their stubbornness against them.

Scott smiled and nodded but didn't want to chance with the hospital food for if there was a BBQ down the road that would be more to his liking at the moment. "I will defer to your knowledge of the hospital food, but that BBQ seems to hit my stomach at the moment!" he took a step back as she seemed to have the control. "Sweet!... And I thought there was only one female terminator!" Trying to be humorous by being stupid..

"May I have consider the BBQ as a date?" he added quickly after his stupid humor attempted hoping to just get a okay that's fine response without her really thinking about it till it was over with..

He handed her clothes and gave a thumb motion toward the door. I'll just be outside..

Guess we will have to see but I will have to stop by the house to grab a better set of clothes... Fewer bullet holes ya know.

Kelsey laughed and nodded as he left the room.
