First sight of the Alps from the car :).

Awesome! One of my most fond memories was driving through the Alps from Switzerland into Austria years ago. It was late spring and the snow melt was just starting. Raging crystal clear rivers cascading down the mountains around ever turn. I lost count how many times I pulled over to get out and look at the water up close.

Some of the most beautiful scenery I have ever seen!

^^^This.. see, I love hearing about his trips. Allows me to live vicariously. :)

Slept in late.. well for me anyway. (7:30)

Seeing the babies again today and the little smiley one reaching his arms out to me in hopes I'd take him out of his car seat.. then puckering up for a kiss. (little scamp!)

Making an awesome dinner and trying a new recipe.

An old friend coming to town in a couple of weeks.

phone time with Goddess.. since my apartment will not be ready for her to help me get settled into before she has to leave, she is planning our 'tourist' activities while we hotel it waiting..

getting things done this morning and chill time this afternoon..

A PM conversation involving Jesus. :D makes me smile everytime a new one pops up.

I agree! We drove up from Italy through Innsbruck to Munich, Germany. The Alps were green and majestic, the waters cascading down the side in several places. Truly an amazing sight.

OMG! That is awesome. I did almost the very same thing last year. We were in Italy on vacation and my son wanted to go to Oktoberfest. So we took the train from Venice up through the Alps to Munich. It was breathtaking and just one more trip I will never forget!

I also remember a trip driving through Austria. Austria and Switzerland are two of the most picturesque places I have ever seen!

The Geico Tarzan commercial...

The expression of the monkey is priceless! :D

He's got Tarzan's back. That's for sure! LOL!

Having an awesome night with friends and having plans for next weekend already. Sa-weet!

A tickle fight with my teenagers...never too old to tickle fight with mom! :)

A friend going through a difficult time came to me for support. He smiled knowing I would be there for him and I smiled knowing he wanted me to be.
