hi everyone, just a little question. is it possible to send photos in private messages or does it have to be through email etc?

You can send links in a PM, but you cannot attach a file (image or otherwise.)

The best way to keep photos private is with e-mail or a secure file-server/site. E-mail may run into file-size problems and attachments here at Lit will definitely run into pixel dimension and file-size problems.
