I've never been drawn & quartered but I can truthfully say it sounds like a bad experience.

I get the premise of the OP. To be qualified to order the waterboarding of someone, you must first have experienced it first hand. But using the same argument, to be qualified to order a drone strike, one must first have been blown up by a Hellfire missile.

It's the typical flawed argument one comes to expect from Rory.
