I just figured out the answer to the 'assignment' :

If one's non-dominant testicle is bigger, then the penis has a slight curve to it. So one has to use his non-dominant hand for certain actions.
(Same applies in the case of a bigger dominant testicle. Only that one can still use his dominant hand.)
