When it happens to me it's just the Shop downloading my next list of targets. Sometimes it gets a little scrambled. Did they not tell you to watch for it? They're usually pretty good about letting the wet work guys know but they're just human. Well, sort of. After the hybridization I guess they aren't technically human.
