Not going so well for the prosecution:

One of the complainants in the Jian Ghomeshi trial was asked in court Tuesday why she emailed the former radio host twice, more than a year after she alleges he attacked her.

The woman, who included a bikini picture in one of the emails, said she was trying to "bait" Ghomeshi to get him to contact her to explain why he was violent with her.

She had previously told police and the court she had no contact with Ghomeshi after two alleged attacks.

Ghomeshi's lawyer, Marie Henein, asked the complainant whether the tone of the emails was flirtatious, and the woman agreed it was.

You're right. The first pic. was stunning, but the second one… Still good looking, but her make-up and nail-polish made her look a bit scary - in an Adams Family sort of way.

Take away the fake eyelashes, tone down the lower-lid eyeliner and geez… those eyebrows... And she'd look less intimidating.

I like any rape trial that ends with a disgusting man sent to prison. I dislike any rape trial that ends with an obviously guilty defendant - or group of them in the Duke lacrosse case - going free and the innocent victim slandered.
 
The first pic of her was great! Sharp, poised and feminine. The second, while still admittedly arresting for her striking features, has a look for tiredness about it and she looks much older.
