Things I wanna know

Things I wanna know:

If one was to mold an exact replica of yossi's ass, how much clay would be needed?

Asking for a friend.

Sorels normally will keep your feet warm. Been in some damn cold weather with 'em. But, you do have to change the liners out occasionally. At least, with my feet.

I know nothing about the fashion boots they sell.

They're just the tall women's winter boots. Not a whole lot of fashion going on these days with this weather.

I volunteer as tribute to cup my hands around her posterior and bring you the correct measurements.

I didn't mean to make this a pile-on thread. I genuinely didn't know how to pronounce it in my head.

That apostrophe makes that read like Bob is in your tree.

My cat's name is Bob, he's a chunky thing. No way would he be able to climb a tree.

*sigh* a generation has grown up without having watched Alex Haley's 'Roots' miniseries.

"Toubab" was a term of (mostly) respect that field slaves referred to their white masters.

I thought it was a song by Doug and the Slugs.

Fuck yeah, he's in the tree. At least, on ancestry dot com.

Has anyone tried that frozen pants thing yet?

That's really how people used to get their clothes dry in the arctic after washing them. Because the air is so dry, the ice in the frozen clothes sublimates and the clothes dry out.

That's not true, I've seen the miniseries. It's probably been decades though.

I truly don't remember that in the show.

I remember it primarily because I was in the Army at the time and after Roots aired the African Americans in my unit thought it was great fun to substitute "Toubab" for "Sergeant".
