I rode to hounds for about 8 or 9 years (Berkeley Hunt) It was good fun. It's much more a social event than just a hunt and gives country people a chance to socialise at what is a pretty dull time of year.

Some hunt followers are very competent on a horse - others less so - but most seem to enjoy themselves.

Stupid story but it was cool at the time.

At the Olympic trials in Ocala I got to ride Katie's (?) horse after it dumped her ass in the cross country course.

She was a cunt but the horse was magnificent. At the time I would have swore it stood 19 hands but was probably closer to 17.5 Both horse and cunt went in to win team silver at the olympics years later I believe.
