A legal read on the new "Gun" rules.

You know you just gave an idea that will fly through government to the guy keeping tabs on the known violent radical busybody...

my idea (tm) I want royalties from the head shrinkers.

We also need to expand the NICS lists to include anyone who ever voluntarily took anti-depressant medications. I think the Government should grab the CVS pharmacy database. (my other idea tm)

If the anti gun people do it right, they can expand the prohibited list to nearly everyone over some minor infraction of Sainthood. More things become felonies, more medical conditions and so on.

They can drop the "cops are militia" idea and go after the "Well Regulated" militia with so many regulations that no one qualifies for the militia.

edit: my idea again (tm)

Right now, "the guy" is burning up the phone line to Valerie Jarret's office...

BAD :kbate: BAD!!!

I'm just wondering, is there anything in the constitution that would prevent a $10,000 a round tax on ammo being imposed? People's right to keep and bear arms wouldn't be infringed. I'm pretty sure the second says fuck all about ammo.

There isn't, but somebody will figure out how to make counterfeit ammo with a 3-D printer.

Yeah, these people are terrified of guns and refuse to educate themselves and even though they are ignorant, they are confident they have all of the answers to "gun violence."

The worst thing about being stewpid is you're too dumb to know it. :D

Come on...

Certainly dumping a few pounds of powder in a 3-D printer would be just fine!!!

How does your vast firearm knowledge keep me from blowing your peanut sized head off?

Hah. Not one of you remember the discussion about the 3-D printable handgun, and how all laws, regulations and TSA screenings are easily sidestepped. And somehow I get called stupid.

There is a vast difference between printing a functional handgun and the round.

The gun is only good for one use until technology is upgraded and that is with a proper round, otherwise the chamber will blow up before the bullet can even get to the barrel.

If you try a plastic round, it will not have any structural integrity. We do not have a brass printer yet. We do not have one that will print gunpowder either...

That is the stupid part.

How about Cuba for the world liberty trifecta?
