As for DPRK, the Kim Jong Eun regime is something else. He regularly gives speeches, like his grandfather. His father spoke twice during his rule. It's kind of odd at times.
Purges appear to be a regular occurrence. The long time Organization and Guidance Department head was executed. I suppose he was in the way. Poor Jang Sang Thaek.

Yeah, there has been a lot of debate on what they want to do with those weapons. Sure, they can toss them over the DMZ, and that would be a very bad day. Another is an ace for concessions and goodies. The state of aid has been weird, so it is hard to gauge. It is like starting all over again with the new leader in place. Nothing is known about the guy. it's sort of frustrating.
