While I was gone I was hoping you would figure out that the "case law" I left off never applied to Oregon.
I quoted the only relevant law and that is that state law applies to firearms in national Forrest.
Furthermore, Oregon leaves the specific rules up to each national forest.
Open and concealed carry are both legal, even without a concealed permit in most parks unless in designated recreational areas.
