I wish that I could somehow completely wipe all memory of Heathyr Hoffman out of my head just like in the Jim Carey movie eternal sunshine of the spotless mind.

Heathyr has caused me so many problems and so much anxiety.

She has probably caused even more of a headache for me than I have for her with my obsessions.

Then again, my profound and crippling case of OCD (obsessive compulsive behavior) might help explain this problem.

Before Heathyr Hoffman it was Susan Slaughter, before Susan Slaughter it was singer/actress Mandy Moore.

My Mandy Moore obsession lasted for at least 6 years and I ended up missing an entire year from high school because I was undergoing psychiatric treatment.

While I applaud the thought finally popping into your head that you need to let go, I think it should be pointed out that you cause all your own problems. She is the VICTIM of your stalking. You are the creepy perp here. If a guy was stalking your daughter the way you have her then you would want him to come to bodily harm. I am sure. So take you head out your arse. Go see a shrink about this issue and stop talking about her. It does not help.

If you truly want to know how to get rid of the image in your thoughts, there is an NLP thechnique.
If you want to get rid of your OCD there is a hypnotic technique that very few hypnotists know.
