What to have for supper? And don't say beans and toast, UKers.

i had leftover grocery store pizza. it was alright with hot sauce.

and, of course, served cold. i am not a monster or a fool.

I made stir-fry the other night, and rice noodle, had leftovers just an hour ago.

That sounds soooooooo good.

I don't know if I could stand pics though.

Cooking proper is so easy these days.

Today I chugged a frozen salmon fillet and random frozen veggies in a pan, poured a can of pre spiced creme fraiche over it all and slammed in the oven while I watched stupid cat videos on Youtube.

Boom, instant food-gasm and the girlfriend now thinks I'm Jamie frickin' Oliver.

for desert i had three mini-danishes. i could've had five and finished the fucker's off, but even i have my limits. five in one go just isn't dignified.

damn. i'm sorry, dude.

I am hungry, everything sounds good.
Smoked pork chops, steamed green beans, and mashed potatoes. Made gravy form pan drippings, Fireball, brown sugar, and water. Fucking amazing, first time I ever made it.

I have two leftover choices.

Spaghetti arrabiatta with sausage

Or

Chicken adobo and rice.

I think I'm going to reincarnate the chicken adobo into a fried rice dish and throw in an egg and green onions and something to burn my lips.

I had delicious hospital food.I think it was beef. Might have been some kind of antelope.

One of our mealtime staples is chicken breasts in the crockpot with salsa, corn, and black beans served over rice. Can be topped with cheese.

I'm also a fan on making a row of meat servings (chicken thighs, pork chops, etc) in a 9x13 baking dish and throwing a row of a random fresh vegetable (red potatos, green beans) on either side and covering it with either a ranch packet or other seasoning packet (chili, beef stew, herb chicken, whatever is laying around). And it turns out awesome pretty much every time.
