It doesn't. It shows us how desperate Carly Fiorina is, after she tried to out-Trump Trump and people died as a result.

By her lying about Planned Parenthood. It had even been proven that what she was saying wasn't accurate yet she continued repeating it, so she was lying, even if at first she was simply mistaken.

Everyone who kept lying about the Planned Parenthood tapes "owns" some portion of the deaths caused by Robert Dear. Any reasonable person would have been able to foresee that the lies and rhetoric could lead to the actions of a Robert Dear.
Of course, the people who do it would never admit that.
