I believe in the hearts and minds strategy yes. Nobody would rather let their own people die and our people are not dying in sufficient numbers to justify this panic.

There really is no middle on this one. You either believe we should be working toward peace or we should be working towards extermination. The middle is quite possibly the worst and only truly wrong side to this because there can be no compromise between genocide and peace.

edit: Yes there can. If it goes in that order.
