I nominate Jennifer!

And myself. The winner gets a copy of the Vera Drake DVD and selection of wire coathangers.

Is this just the nominations listing the wannabes from you progressive lemmings to decide the actual statist poll to come, or...?

Before I commit, are the wire hangers versatile? I'd no more want to say yes if they aren't.

OMG! I'm so overwhelmed. :rose:

I may start a gofundme account because there is an old ob/gyn table for sale that I have been eyeing up. I plan on stealing the suction machine from my old hospital and I will be ready for business.

I'll donate. Can I be your trusty assistant? I can hand you implements efficiently and make the poor dears tea like Auntie Vera did.

I vote Fata too.

I beg to differ. Coat hangers are a delightfully vintage method and conjure vivid nostalgia such as tin pails of blood soaked rags, chipped teacups, coal scuttles and dismal backalley terraces in 1950's Britain.

I saw that movie. Alan Bates was in it.
