What you are wearing with them is important...you cannot wear French knickers under tight jeans, for example. And some look better with stockings or sit waistline/leg line better with corsetry or similar.



I am seriously thinking of getting some bloomers. I feel too old to wear steampunk stuff, which I think looks super, but I could wear fun bloomers.

Yes it does matter - french knickers aren't compatitible with leggings, but are with jeans.
