It's alleged he was on PCP or some such crap. I doubt if he was thinking clearly. On the other hand it's Chicago, with all the cop hate that's been spewed even in justified shootings,under the circumstances I could see why a cop would take no chances. How fast did he fie the 16 shots?

I'm used to telling people: when I first joined Lit., I was so dumbfounded and angered by the entire madness and paranoia re myself (and other n00bs) being suspected of being either female impersonators, or Query alts.
