In earthquake country, sleeping nude is not recommended.
Why is that? We've had a few quakes and I sleep just fine naked.

I like my down comforter for every season. Being pregnant changed me into the dang princess and the pea, so no clothes, no wrinkles.
A nice down duvet is awesome. We have a super lightweight, yet toasty fuzzy blanket at the cabin over the fleece sheets. It works for a wide variety of temperatures. With wood heat, and low temps, that first night out there on a trip in winter can be a bit brizzly.
What type of concert was it?
You can get a hose at Home Depot.
I bet. It's just starting to get down in the 20s here. Time to change to a heavier duvet.

If I've got to bail out of the house on the quick I'm not stopping to throw on clothes. Why is that? We've had a few quakes and I sleep just fine naked.

It probably is.
Just grab your duvet!
I've lived in earthquake country all my life, I'm not going to start wearing a nighty now.
We just leave the bedroom thermostat set at 64°F.
At the cabin, the temperature inside is basically the afternoon air temperature if we arrive in the evening. If it's -20 when we get there, that first night can be a chilly one. The wood stove is a good one, but the damn cabin is just too big to warm up quickly.
Everymotherfuckingtime I click *view post*. Without fail.
Do you have a split system?
I've never gotten around to programming ours in this house when we got a new furnace. I really ought to do that.

Miss Honey knows.
No it really is not.
You live through a couple big ones you learn to take precautions.

Hm... I kind of like the sound of that for a thread title...![]()
The house has hydronic radiant floors, 3 zones upstairs; master bedroom, master bath and the rest of the upstairs. One zone for the garage and one for the downstairs.
