On Monday, Taco Bell became the latest fast-food company to announce its plan to use only cage-free eggs. The commitment comes in the wake of similar announcements made by virtually all of its competitors, suggesting that ignoring efforts to ensure animal welfare is increasingly not a viable strategy in the industry.

...

It also stands to be impactful. Taco Bell, which has more than 6,000 restaurants throughout the United States, sells close to 150 million eggs each year, which could be a boon for the cage-free egg industry. The shift will improve the lives of more than 500,000 hens, according to estimates by the Humane Society of the United States.

What does Taco Bell have that uses 150 million eggs a year

batteries? how old was this previous mp3 player? i think it's been nearly a decade since i've seen one that required batteries. anyway, good luck. with smartphones and ipods dominating the market getting a cheap mp3 player is a pain in the ass. i mean, there' are tons of the fuckers on amazon and what not, but while some are actually really quite good most of them are total shit.

There are STILL mp3 players out there that require batteries. Your just not looking for them or you don't need one.

They do breakfasts now too.

Ok... it's like switching from Newports to some package of cigarette with a green picture of a native American chief.. Not being 'stereotypical' just couldn't think of a better menthol brand than Newport. They are NOT the same.. but for the love of money, they will have to do.

Yeah, Newport is the best brand. I smoked a Marlboro once, that shit was horrible.

Johnny is never up that early.

You got that right!!!

As a young lad, Johnny had to go to a farm after school. It was his job to collect the eggs. Once he learned where they came from, he never really enjoyed eggs again.

I've had an amazing day. Met one of my favourite authors, she came to give a talk on her writing and medieval history. What a brain on that woman. She was really sweet too and signed one of my books.

Their taco schnitzel

I can see why that day would be amazing!

I had a slightly nervous morning when I took my car to the garage and instead of the normal coutesy cars ( they were all out) they gave me a brand new top of the range car worth a medium size house. It waz automatic transmission. I never drove automatic transmission before...he just said, forget you have a left leg, your fine...why do you think its you I gave this to?

It was ok, but I wasn't sure what to do for a hill start, but it all worked so I guess I figured it out ok.

The most embarrassing big is I drove home with no seat belt on, because I couldn't work out how to do the seat belt up.. Driving back this afternoon I felt really confident, and had had a look at the seat belt. And explored the car's superior performance. Meh, I like my ( very) old car better. It has fewer silly buttons and is a smoother ride. And it has a proper manual transmission.

Yeah back to reality tomorrow. Will be very dreary at work after today.

It makes a real difference!

I am going to the hairdresser tomorrow. I changed hair colours almost two months ago and I think I like it, I am just not sure what colour it actually is.

You go to a hair dresser to change the color of your hair? I thought it was just some type of dye you put in it.

I know! I was just telling my husband that it perks up my face just enough that I notice when I look in the mirror. My senses have been dulled lately from some interesting circumstances so it was time I gave myself a little self care. :)

What colors do you lean towards for your hair?
