I think for this particular scenario, I would "spill" over her hand as she raise the blanket a bit to watch... then she'd lick "me" off her hand, smile and say, "you seem quite healthy".

I prefer to dish out spankings as a reward rather than a punishment.
If she enjoys spankings, then I enjoy giving them. If she does not, I don't enjoy it either. I also prefer having a woman who does not require disciplining, rather she is disciplined. But that's me, and I understand that others find pleasure in other ways.

This little scenario is probably played out more that you might think. My husband was in for a little elective surgery, feeling nervous and sorry for himself. The night before his procedure I came to visit late in the evening, closed the door and sucked him off. He slept like a baby and was calm, relaxed and ready for his procedure the next morning.
If I could have gotten into bed with him and taken care of him the "right" way, I certainly would have.
