(I mind that it apparently wasn't discovered until Obama became president but still) the U6 counts those people who are supposedly uncounted and that number has been falling roughly in sync with the U3 number. Without looking at it I'm guessing it's hovering between 9.7 and 10.3 right now since it's usually roughly double the U3.

People should just be fucking consistent.

I don't mind the U-6 either. It actually HAS skyrocketed since Obama has been in office, but it's not Obama's fault....it's Hitler's fault.

The babby boom started in 1946, right after Murica vanquished the Hun. Those boomers began turning 65 in 2011, on Obama's watch. The lower labor force participation rate is simply the greying of America.
