Blacks are more religious than Americans as a whole and conservative to boot.
This is not a defense.
Many people who are against gays, transgenders and the like don't believe that is how you are born. They believe that it is a choice. You are born black, you choose to like American Idol.
and pedophiles were born that way also, free pass with them too? Separate bathrooms with a Pedo sign on them? Just asking
One could always argue this shows the hypocrisy of blacks.
We are all aware there were many, many laws on the books to prevent blacks, at one time or another:
from being free persons
of owning property
of being able to vote
of being schooled with whites
of living in the same community as whites
of using the same water fountain or restroom as whites
of dating whites
of marrying whites
of serving in the same military units as whites
and so on
yet now, after all the trials and tribulations they endured, they are attempting to do the exact same things which were done to them AND trying to claim the two events are not the same thing.
Apparently when they're discriminated against because of how they're born it's a travesty which must be undone. When they discriminate against someone else because of how that person is born, oh well, no biggie.

Sorry, but unless you live on Bizarro Earth, white people in this country aren't going to be subjected to the "same trials and tribulations" black Americans went through in this country.
Cognition and critical thinking doesn't run strong in some people's bloodlines, it seems.

HUH?
There's no "hypocrisy" of black people going on here.
Wait, what does any of this have to do with Ben Carson to begin with?

I never said it was about whites. I was referring to the hypocrisy that blacks will talk about everything they've had to endure simply because of who they are, yet now see no problem in trying to deny gays/transgenders/whatever those same rights because of how they were born.
I wasn't even talking about black lives. I am sorry you have an problem living in your own skin.

Apparently "consenting adult" is a concept completely alien to you.and pedophiles were born that way also, free pass with them too? Separate bathrooms with a Pedo sign on them? Just asking
See above. What about multiple wives or hubbies? does that hurt anybody by your standards?
so once again you are saying that what ever you believe should be gospel. What about multiple wives or hubbies? does that hurt anybody by your standards?
The subjects of people's sexual identity and lifestyle acceptance in America versus the history of the black experience in America are two wholly different things, even when they are intersectional on several tangents.
“Almighty God created the races white, black, yellow, malay and red, and he placed them on separate continents. And but for the interference with his arrangement there would be no cause for such marriages. The fact that he separated the races shows that he did not intend for the races to mix.”
— Judge Leon M. Bazile, January 6, 1959
With few exceptions the situations are mirror images and for the black community, at least some in the black community, to work FOR discrimination is the height of hypocrisy.
His belief is that you don't choose to be homosexual. No, they are not being hypocritical. Your argument here has nothing to do with hypocrisy.
