I am working hard to ensure there will be nothing left to upload.

Assuming that does not work, a gigantic mind could be amusing.

Just think of all the nodes to be navigated, the bits to be bitten-off.

Just hope we never lose power.

No.

No, I do not think so.

The reasons are many and kind of foggy at this time.

I can't help but feel that we are more than electrons that can be copied and reproduced.

Are you saying you don't think we can or we don't think we should?

i'm only for it if i can put in a killbot with rocket launchers and laser cannons. also, a jetpack.

Good Question,worthy of debate.

We can make a copy... even a clone of some things, but is it the original?

Then there is the whole should we thing. I can think of many was to abuse such a thing.

With anything like this I always like to consider what would happen if some unscrupulous or person with evil intent had control of the process and you can be sure at some point, somewhere it will happen.

What does originality matter?

As far as abusing a new technology that has always been the price/responsibility of advancement. From black powder to atom bombs and gene manipulation.

You know they say the next evolution of humanity is to merge with technology and not without good reason. Nano tech? Just a matter of time before we replace the inferior human immune system. That looks to be the first step...one day we will build people.
