Christians fined for NOT baking cake! Muslims awarded for NOT delivering beer

Despite you playing ignorant of the fact, in the US it's pretty easy for anyone to sue anyone about anything.
Once all the facts of the case are released, probably after a ruling, bring it up again if you want actual comments rather than manufactured oitutrage over a headline.

It is easy

Yet

No one sues Muslims

Atheists sue Christians, never Muslims etc

Jury Trial completed on 3/3/2015. All parties present. Jury deliberations continue. Jury deliberations end. Jury finds in favor of the defendant. Defendant's Oral Motion to File an application for costs within 14 days is granted. (Court Reporter S. Bryant.) (Barrett, C) (Entered: 03/09/2015)

:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

The story says he sued in Brooklyn. I looked at all the cases filed against Costco (in all of NY) and didn't see this case.

I'm going to call bullshit.

It being on the interweb notwithstanding

it doesnt say he FILED IN BKLYN

but if you looked at the link, you would see multiple stories like that, Sharia Savage

but its EASIER to pretend its NOT happening

And he lost his case. You forgot to mention that in your faux outrage.

I'm having a hard time seeing the issue...

Some dipshit thought he was wronged. He filed suit. He went to trial, and lost.

That happens several hundred thousand times a year.

Costco did

was sued

YOUR RESPONSE?
As I said, based on new information:
Jean Camara thought he was a victim of religious discrimination by Costco. He sued them and lost.
It also looks like Costco is filing to get court costs. I assume from Camara.

Like i said, in the US pretty much anyone can sue anyone for anything.
It doesn't mean you'll win. As illustrated in the case you're outraged over.

If it's such an important issue for you, go sue a muslim bakery for not baking you a same sex marriage wedding cake.

I haven't seen a post by anyone named "Sharia Savage".

So have you been to a muslim bakery yet to order a same sex marriage wedding cake so you can sue them when they refuse?

Busybody reserves his deepest contempt for those of his peers who sit on juries.
