Click on private messages - in some cases it in the upper right hand corner - in the form type the name, then your message, then click submit.

How did you find this no-post someone? I would assume that you've located the profile or how would you know of the none..
If this someone is accepting private messages, there should be a link in the profile.

It might be more romantic to leave secret messages in the Haiku thread.. don't worry about that "one line at a time" thing.. you can blame the fact that you're new.
