Doner kebab. After pub ambrosia. I could kill for one right now but there isn't a decent kebab shop in this god forsaken shithole of a town.

Surprisingly enough, my little shithole of a town has a great gyro place... Except the greek assholes close at 9pm every night.. OPA!

Of course, we all like to post 'pretty pictures' of food.. Made by us or not. But there is always that ravenous beast that just needs to feed... It may be heading home at 3 am and stopping by that 'Diner' that we all watch on commercials..
*note: Perkins has some of the BEST coffee at 4 am..

Or it may be getting home and slamming every left over in the fridge.. and/or cooking those frozen O'Brian's hash browns you've had in your freezer since last Easter.... Either way, we all have a comfort food..

What's yours?

Mine? Well, I'll give you my recipe...

1. pull out the ham lunchmeat..
2. pull out the tortillas you keep next to your lunch mean..
3. pull out that jar of 'Super Chunk' peanut butter...
4. layer 4 pieces of ham on the tortilla..
5. place said lunchmeat on said tortilla...
6. fold back the ham in half..
7. smear on a copious amount of SUPER CHUNKY peanut butter..
8. roll it up..
9. bask in the soft of the tortilla.. salty of the ham.. sweet and crunch of the peanut butter...

Seriously, some may not like this.. Some may mock.. but I'm telling you, try it.. you'll like it... then take 4 ibuprofen and get some fucking sleep you drunk!

Too much for a famished mood.

I can't imagine ham ever pairing with peanut butter.

My go to junk are chips, dark chocolate stuck in peanut butter, toast, cookies. It must be shoved in quickly. If I have to take time to make something it's going to be wonderful.

Frozen chocolate chip waffles with peanut butter smeared all over it.

See I do this all the time, Waffle Ice cream sandwiches, waffle breakfast sandwiches, waffles with PB & or cream cheese. BTW try PB & cream cheese together, the creamy peanut taste combined with the cool smooth cream cheese with the crunch of toast or waffle.

You should try sugar cane syrup made in Australia. It flows like honey, is golden in colour, and is super sweet.

Delicious on bread or scones.
