Long term MFM relationship/marriage[?] pros and cons

Would like to hear other's experiences about this subject, both positives and negatives, successes and failures, etc.

How to handle finances, jealousy, rules of engagement, age differences, public appearances, legalities, sleeping arrangements etc.

Seems like it could be successful if the right people with similar tastes and interests, but it could be a recipe for disaster if things go south. The dynamics of a standard relationship can be complicated enough and a third person could complicate it even more, or be a tie breaker.

I believe it can work out great, as long as all parties are in agreement.

Thats the important thing, as just one wrong person can kill the whole deal.

I'd advise going out and joining the poly community.
