Hf has never come across, to me at least, as anything other than a well-adjusted individual, who is more than capable of taking care of herself and her children as well as being a productive member of society. I therefore have no problem believing that she took proper precautions and safety measures before submitting to a partner in her BDSM activities. She's alive, and speaks positively of her session, and has said that the bruises have since faded, so there has been no lasting damage. I also believe that she is competent enough to have received medical care were that not the case. People jump out of fucking airplanes for the rush of it, and, as long as they do so safely, I've never seen one of them accused of having suicidal tendencies.
