I understand the temptation.
I loved the comfort that resulted from being able to taste it.
I have decided to just say no.
(The pasta will go to the food donation basket. *sigh* )

I kept on hoping it was something that would pass, and clear away.
It did not clear, and too many pain episodes told me that it would not pass.
The inflammation and pain increased with each experiment.

Fingers crossed that you don't have what I do. It started that way with me decades ago.

there are some non wheat pastas that taste quite good, just stay away from the ones with corn in them, they seem off somehow.

I am grateful for the substitute pastas that work for me.
Back in the 1970s I had to scour for raw materials, and make it myself.
Thankfully, Boston had enough "health nuts," to have something available.

Boston pizzas I loved, I doubt the places are still there.
The European in the North End
Pizza Regina in Cambridge
I don't remember any more. Back in those days I ate pizza and chinese, it was the cheapest.

It is just as well, that you consumed your treats, back then.
It was possible to not have to spend much, to get something that was absolutely delicious.
Everything has changed.

Just a glimpse. They were lovely and I miss them.

Thank you.

That would be a really fun project to build.

I would love to build a kitty playground in my house. :)

I'd consider it, but my cat is technically not mine and I have been kind of hoping he runs away from home. He was stolen from his outside domicile and imprisoned in the house as a kitten by a former roommate's loopy, young girlfriend. When they left him behind I just let him roam. He is mostly an outside cat, but he really doesn't leave the yard. Not even for pussy.

He yowls a bit and his girlfriend trots over and they have loud, angry-sounding sex.

It irritates me to find myself growing attached to him, because if I had wanted the responsibility of caring for a pet I'd have picked one out.

Just got my husband the coolest birthday present, a 1st edition (1920) Architectual Woodwork book. It's really a gorgeous book.

That's a pretty fucking awesome book! Good work...

On a side note the little one turned two yesterday and said good bye to day time diapers. I am one happy camper. #fuckdiapers
