help finding story

Hello everyone, I read a story a few years ago. It was about a woman who lived in England and got on a train to go home and was a long train ride. She was chained and made to disrobe and humiliated and used while others watched. at the end of the train ride she is released and everyone goes there separate way. any ideas on how to find this story again. it was so erotic and I would like to re read it and find the author to see what else them may have written.

I hope you find it but it seems to get more impossible every day. The database is so huge that it makes searches almost useless, especially when you're trying to find one particular story. Can anyone tell me why when you search, your search will turn up let's say ten pages of hits but as you click on the pages it grows to more and more pages of hits? It gets discouraging when you think you can find out what you're looking for in those 10 pages and then all of a sudden it turns into 12 pages, 15 pages, 17 pages, etc.
