Nude Statue

An idea I don't really know what to do with. The basic idea is that someone is convinced to pose nude for an artist, and through means either scientific or magical, the main character becomes temporarily paralyzed, frozen in their pose. The artist then covers them in paint/material that makes them look like a statue and sets them up as a nude statue for the night at an art exhibition. All night long, the main character has people coming up, admiring their nude body, making comments and criticisms of it, staring at them for hours. Maybe some of their friends come and recognize their friend as the model of the statue and take the chance to see how they look nude.

Not really sure where I'd go, though. I could just be embarrassment/exhibitionism, but I feel it would need some sort of climax to work as a story. Any thoughts?

Mind control could work if the person is controlled into being in that condition. If you are looking for some form of a climax...

Perhaps the statue is part of a fetish exhibit and (if this is a male statue) he is erect and women are told they can 'sample' the very lifelike statue and some women bend over and 'make use' of him.

Perhaps one does it long enough for him to cum....

Maybe only his major muscles are paralysed but everything else (including his mind) is still working.
And maybe one of the -attractive- museum employees (let's call her Anne) is sent to take measurements of his body, for whatever reason. And while she is doing this he gets an erection. And a group of kids visitting the museum see this and start screaming and crying...mom, mom!!
Fortunately for him, their reaction turns him limp so by the time the mothers, the tour guide or Ann turn to have a look, he's back to normal.

Anne returns day after day, to continue her work. And with each touch he gets more worked up, and the adrenalin surge slowly leads to a reversal of his condition. (like a kinky version of Pygmalion and Galatea).
Story could branch into several scenarios from here: gradual mutual attraction or either protagonist taking advantage or manipulating the other.

In no particular order. We seem to have some passable solutions for what I would see as the problem with the story. You've got to fill at minimum 750 words with basically the thoughts of the protaganist and almost nothing else. This is one of the rare times when I would highly recommend 1st person perspective.

Second as much as I think this is a perfect case of when children should be allowed into the story because a mother shielding the eyes of her 18 year old kids from seeing an erect penis makes her some kind of crazy control freak who probably ends up with a pregnant "virgin" unwed mother. A mother dragging her twelve and below kidlets out because she didn't know this was that kind of exhibit is different. I've no kids of my own and have no idea how my parents would have reacted but I imagine there is a difference between seeing the David and seeing a life size statue with an erection and wouldn't be surprised if that was the line that would get me noped into another room (probably with the dinosaurs I wanted to see in the first fucking place but I digress) So you're gonna have to cut that part right out of your head. Because rules.

For the sake of argument I'm curious why the emphasis on on this being essentially a noncon (I'm shocked my esteemed colleague Lovecraft not only didn't bring it up but suggested mind control. Did I wake up in the alternate universe again cus that's been happening a lot lately and I'm tired of having to butter a piece of toast and drop it to see if I'm in my universe or opposite land) instead of a volunteer for the entire thing. I think there is definitely something to a story that is focused somehow on the different reactions people have based on seemingly minor changes in an art. Example, everybody do what I say. Hold your hand out slightly above your head, palm inward fingers gently curved. Harmless right? Now hold your hand knife straight and turn your palm outward. All we did was move your WRIST. Given that in the US porn's definition is pretty much "I know it when I see it" well now you could experiment with where the difference is between art (say the classic picture of Aphrodite on the sea shell), cheesecake, erotica and porn.

I remember reading a story somewhere about a woman in the 60's who "collected" famous male erections, I seem to recall both Jimi Hendrix and Mick Jagger mentioned in the story.

Essentially she made casts of them, obviously she would have to ensure that they were hard before casting, and I'm sure that they would require some compensation for their participation.

Perhaps a female sculptor could do a similar project, perhaps making full statues of her models. Perhaps an assistant is required in order to keep things "up" whilst the cast is made.

I guess personally I like the embarrassment aspect of being stuck naked in public more than an exhibitionist being secretly naked in public, but I can definitely get into a more consensual version of it.

I'm not that creative in thought, I guess, and it depends on what the author is going for. I'm just wondering instead of not giving the model a choice, give her a choice, which of course she isn't going to refuse because she weighs the benefits and the possibilities. The idea reminds me of veruschka, a model and an artist.

Well, my favorite category is probably exhibitionism and voyeurism, and I admit, I like some embarrassment as well, which is why the initial idea is that it's unwilling (or at least unplanned). I'm definitely not married to non-con. I think it could work with a willing exhibitionist who decides to show themselves off secretly by posing as a statue. There could still be some embarrassment from someone they actually know showing up, or maybe the art showing attracts a bigger crowd than expected.

Even if the model is willing, though, I still don't really know what the climax of the story should be. I'm honestly a bit confused by how many suggestions are for multiple people to use what they believe to be a dirty, communal dildo essentially. I can't really imagine that being wicked popular... I guess if the model is willing, they can just stop posing at the end and have some fun with their crush, so that's a possibility.

I am a little bit interested in the fact that almost everyone defaulted to a male statue, while I had a female in mind.

As the potion wears off, she could slowly begin to move to stretch the kinks out and to signal that something is changing, and as she's a professionally trained dancer, she performs the dance she created for after the exhibit, which leads to her solo performance for an extremely interested museum curator. I like the idea, and have been kicking a similar one around for a while. Let me see if I can summarize in a useful way--maybe we can combine our ideas and write it out together, or maybe try RPing the scenario to see how it feels. Sorry for using myself as the character in the story, it helps me get into it when I'm writing...

Sasha is a college student at a small, liberal arts college. She wants to do some kind of social experiment for her senior thesis, and being a WMST major, she wants it to have a kind of feminist slant. She's very into the idea of "calling out" subtle male privilege, but isn't sure how to go about creating a dramatic enough message.

She comes up with the idea of sort of making herself into a sculpture, placing herself in a public place on campus, and then somehow "catching" guys in the act of taking advantage of her.

One night, she's partying with her friend, Matthew Vett, who is an artist on campus. They're drinking and getting stoned, etc etc, and get to talking about the project.

Matt will build a custom frame out of metal/wood, shaped roughly like an X. The top parts of the X would be straight out to the sides, instead of pointed upward. Sasha, nude of course, will be strapped onto the X. At the ends of where her hands and feet are will be wooden boxes, as well as a box enclosing her head (as in, she'll be completely exposed from neck to wrists to ankles). Sasha will pretend she is just doing a performance art piece, maybe calling it a "Modern Crucifix" or something just to get people stirred up.

Matt will also rig up a simple camera system, with a small screen inside the box surrounding Sasha's head. This will be so she can actually see what is going on outside the box. Displayed will be a placard, that says "Please feel free to touch Sasha however you like."

Sasha also asks to be sprayed down with oil to make her skin shiny and more enticing...Was also thinking that maybe Matt suggest they use this special shiny lacquer from the art studio to make her look super shiny and statuesque, but that they don't read the label and it turns out it has a slight paralytic effect when left on for long periods of time.......

Inside one of the boxes enclosing her hands will be a small button that when pushed will unlock/release Sasha's hands, feet and head from their boxes, allowing her to jump out and catch people who are about to fondle her.

So they build this, and Sasha tries it out. They plan to set it up in the student center on a night where there will be a lot of events happening, therefore maybe attracting the most attention.

On the day they're going to debut the "sculpture", Sasha takes a muscle relaxant in order to help her hold her pose, not knowing just how powerful it is. After she's strapped into the rig, she's brought somewhere public. But within a few minutes, she finds herself enjoying all the attention, particularly from the many male students beginning to gather. Perhaps even people she knows start to appear, and professors take an interest as well. People that she completely thought were just platonic friends end up being some of the most enthusiastic in terms of taking advantage of Sasha's predicament...

Maybe inside the box, her hands get so sweaty, or she's feeling the affects of the muscle relaxant so much that she just ends up dropping the "release" button, and pretty soon a long ling of guys gathers, all waiting to come up and feel her tits, rub her tight tummy, or even play with her clit. Unable/uninterested in pushing the button, she is overcome by all the attention and just allows herself to be touched/caressed/played with by whomever.

Maybe there is even a miscommunication when Sasha is getting transported, and instead of getting dropped off at the student center as planned, she ends up getting taken to a frat party or something......

Was thinking it could escalate further, perhaps sasha enjoyed the thrill of it so much that for her next "performance" she actually sets up a gangbang with Matt and some of the other people that she saw.

Sorry, this is just a rough outline of the idea, maybe it needs some tweaking or work, but it seems similar enough to your idea that maybe we could bang something out together?

Lots of stories could be inspired by this idea! My recent story Filled with Joy touched on pieces of this idea. In that story, a female artist does an entire exhibit consisting of hard-ons. (Lots of gay/bi-guy sex, so be forewarned before you click.)

I think her being willing is a good idea.

The OP seems to prefer the focus on exhibitionism/embarrassment rather than overly sexualizing the idea. That suggests a potential ending: she's reluctant, but dared into it doing it. Loses a bet. As part of a fundraiser. Whatever. Author's choice, you know? Pick the set-up you like and go for it. Because next is her doing it.

She's doing it. She's on display. Everyone who can see her, but who is everyone? Anonymous strangers? Friends? Work associates? Again, author's choice. Either way, it leads to the ending.

She did it and it impacted her. She feels different because she did it. Maybe she hated every minute of it. Or, she loved every minute of it. Did it open a door into her personality? Give her greater insight into herself or about the human condition? Once more, author's choice.

Maybe she comes down from her pedestal barely able to stand because of how excited she became. Maybe that was her biggest struggle with remaining still, the needful ache for release from the pleasures that rose within her. Or, maybe she's turned on by how turned on the on-lookers became. Perhaps she started by being unsure of her body and after having it on display, she has learned to embrace her appearance.

Or, maybe she's overwhelmed by the reaction her boyfriend has?

To me, that's why I write a story, to discover answers. Sometimes, I feel as if I could write the same story half a dozen times and come up with different answers. (I know, some of you probably think I already do that. Shh!)

My twisted input to the story theme / idea:

- renowned sculptor / artist known for male figure carving is actually powerful wizard or magician
- lures homeless or unknown men to his/her studio as models
- they are nude, stimulated/made to have an erection, and posed in a sexually suggestive state
- the artist/magician freezes them in stone in that position, making them appear to be an intricately carved statue while the person turned to stone remains self aware of his environment, sights, sounds, etc.
- the only hole in the entire statue is the urethra of the statue's erect penis
- when orally/sexually stimulated, the statue's stone penis (with its intricately "carved" vasculature) and testicles becomes warm to the touch, and begin to produce a flow of delicious precum from its piss slit
