Trump's grandfather was a German immigrant.

Given his xenophopic leanings, why isn't this a topic?

White people are always welcome in America, and no German in history has ever applied for welfare.

Interestingly, 2 of his 3 wives weren't American Citizens when he married them.

His mother was a Scottish immigrant and his Grandparents were illegal German immigrants who were subsequently barred from returning to Germany.

His mother was a Gaelic speaking Celt from the Western Isles not one of the Glaswegian trash from down south.:)

In the OP you attempted to link Trump's alleged xenophobia to his German heritage. Neither linked article discusses that heritage or Trump's formative relationships with his parents or other family members.

You've presented no evidence for the implication you've made.

indiana is like fifty percent descendants of german immigrants.

so, basically, that kind of shit is why.

stick that totally made up stat in your pipe and smoke it.

Demanding that the laws of the land be enforced is NOT xenophobia. Well, maybe according to the school of law you went to. Was it a correspondence course?

Which law of the land is he referring to here?

“When Mexico sends its people, they’re not sending their best. They’re not sending you. They’re not sending you. They’re sending people that have lots of problems, and they’re bringing those problems with us. They’re bringing drugs. They’re bringing crime. They’re rapists. And some, I assume, are good people.”

More like which land.

Half my gene pool is Irish. Its been a trial...like being female or hunchback. I cant esteem or respect myself...knowing the truth. I lied to my wife, when she asked I said, HALF SCOTTISH AND HALF FROM HELL.

Maybe your best thread ever. At least lately. The colonel hogan slam was priceless.

I think the OP point was about the hypocrisy. I didn't take it to mean germans are xenophobic. Although I could have interpreted the OP wrong.

Neither linked article discusses that heritage or Trump's formative relationships with his parents or other family members.
I think those were intended to provide evidence of his xenophobia, not anything about his german heritage.
