Trump's grandfather was a German immigrant.
Given his xenophopic leanings, why isn't this a topic?

Why would anyone want to respond to a false premise like that?

Interestingly, 2 of his 3 wives weren't American Citizens when he married them.

His mother was a Scottish immigrant and his Grandparents were illegal German immigrants who were subsequently barred from returning to Germany.
The hypocrisy is quite funny, really, when you think about it.
His mother was a Gaelic speaking Celt from the Western Isles not one of the Glaswegian trash from down south.![]()

Demanding that the laws of the land be enforced is NOT xenophobia. Well, maybe according to the school of law you went to. Was it a correspondence course?

In the OP you attempted to link Trump's alleged xenophobia to his German heritage. Neither linked article discusses that heritage or Trump's formative relationships with his parents or other family members.
You've presented no evidence for the implication you've made.
A character named "Colonel Hogan" doesn't see the implication?

Which law of the land is he referring to here?Demanding that the laws of the land be enforced is NOT xenophobia.

“When Mexico sends its people, they’re not sending their best. They’re not sending you. They’re not sending you. They’re sending people that have lots of problems, and they’re bringing those problems with us. They’re bringing drugs. They’re bringing crime. They’re rapists. And some, I assume, are good people.”
I think the OP point was about the hypocrisy. I didn't take it to mean germans are xenophobic. Although I could have interpreted the OP wrong. In the OP you attempted to link Trump's alleged xenophobia to his German heritage.
I think those were intended to provide evidence of his xenophobia, not anything about his german heritage.Neither linked article discusses that heritage or Trump's formative relationships with his parents or other family members.
