What was the last crazy/off the wall thing you've done?

"Last" would depend on which of these qualifies as crazy/off the wall.

  • Entered a competitive Twister contest and came in second place, but only because the first place team totally cheated. I *will* get my revenge.
  • Bribed a machete wielding guard to let me have exclusive access to a historical site, so I could photograph the sunrise over the ruins. $30 got me one of the best photos in my collection.
  • Agreed to host 50 people in my home for a charity cocktail party. Which proved popular enough that I'm on the fourth iteration, and the guest list has doubled.
  • Quit a job that had put me in the top 2% because it was sucking away my soul. I have since made only a portion of that income (although investments have definitely helped the blow), and when a former partner asked me last week to come back, I could confidently look him in the eye, smile, and say there's not a chance in hell.

Stood up to the craps table and within 60 minutes was down $2K. Went to the window and took out another $1K and gambled on the dice turning in my favor. Walked out with the $3K divot replaced and 16 Benjamins in my pocket after tipping out the dealers handsomely.

I stayed in place as the wildfire approached. I'm still here.

That's not crazy that's stupid. Dice cannot possibly "turn in your favor." Future events with dice have absolutely nothing to do with what the dice did in the past.

I rolled through a stop sign yesterday. In my youth, I was known to jump off a bridge or two.
