No, not THAT pill. A sort of magical one. One that would alter your appearance to anyone you wanted of either gender.

Full transformation without surgery or implants of any kind. Face, hair, eyes, height, weight, age, race ... all aspects, all proportions. Natural in every way. Cross gender transformations would get all working organs, internal and external.

All transformations, even same gender would get altered thought processes, experiences and behaviors, while retaining the Id of the original person. You would have all knowledge of how you were supposed to act as the other. Each pill would be tailored to the original person and the desired transformed personality, which could in effect become a near (but not exact) look-a-like of a celebrity, porn star, etc. This is fantasy, so legal issues of impersonation and security are moot.

They could be permanent and irreversible. They could be temporary, where they would 'expire' after a certain interval. Or they may be semi-permanent where another pill would be required to return to the original. Memories from the transformation could be fully retained or purged by choice.

I'm sure there are other movies that deal with this in one way or another, mostly SciFi or SciFi Erotica I'm sure, but one that comes to mind is "Dr. Jekyll and Ms. Hyde" played alternately by Tim Daly and Sean Young.

I would absolutely use the temporary version. I'm happy with who I am but would really enjoy the exploration of playing the role of someone else for a little while. I especially like the idea that I could realize the different experiences and perspectives of the form I take. So much of how we see each other is guesswork that it would be fascinating to actually feel the perspective of others including how they see others that are like me.

I fear that pill would be very addictive though and the possibilities endless. So as long as it's a fantasy let's make sure there is a good supply.
