Swimming at night is fun.

OOOH! Yes! One of the best/funnest times I ever had was back in my 20's. My husband and I and another couple went camping at the coolest place here near Austin.

Hamilton's Pool! At midnight, we headed down by flashlight to the waterfall, grotto'd pool and went skinny-dipping on the night of a full moon.

We floated on rafts and passed around big bags of grapes and bottles of wine.

One of the most peaceful, beautiful times of my life.

Here is Hamilton's Pool!

sounds great as long as there are no gators involved!

no gators! it does get wild out there though.

No gators here either! Matter of fact, it was perfectly safe. The only thing roaming around near our camping area were a herd of goats.

We could hear the tinkling of the bells around their necks all night.

Sooooo peaceful. Nobody else was out there that night...it was just perfect.

sigh....I miss those good old days so much.

I can't believe I never swam there, only swam at Barton Springs.

OMG! Did you live here? Barton Springs rocks! No shame in that, doll!

When were you here? We may have brushed elbows~

Were you here during the Armadillo days?

Wow...now I'm intriqued by you.

perfect nights.

i was out there with a brand new couple. it was amazing to see them in the glow of the moonlight. i still need to properly document it. i want to capture them. their hopes and dreams. new love. peace. serenity. holy mother earth. i feel sometimes like i lost my mind that summer. i believe the river took it away.

Oh Neci! that sounds so lovely! I believe we are sisters in that experience. I just hope we can experience it again, soon.

Peace and Love!

An old friend lives there and I used to go there on business a lot for a while.

No on Armadillo days.
