I race sailboats.

If you think about it. Most of the sports we participated in or learned as kids are not sports that adults generally pursue. Although there are a few baseball/softball leagues, not many participate, and very few women. There are very few adult basketball leagues, I know of none locally. There are virtually no adult football leagues. Or even swimming, soccer, etc. Bottom line is that we teach kids a bunch of sports that very few adults continue with. However, sailing is a sport that has many levels. One of my friends raced his sailboat until he was 80! (you find me a guy who is 80 and still playing basketball!). Some boats are far more athletic. But others less so (mine is in the middle). And you don't have to race. It's still getting out and doing something athletic! It's a great sport!

Generally organ meat. I'll do liver in pate'. But much else...nope...
(I've tried liver, heart, lung...).
Not very fond of tongue either...(wait...um...that could be interpreted incorrectly...I mean beef tongue and for eating....).

No, I'd do extended visits, but I'm hooked on free medical and benefits, lol I want to see too many places to just live in another one.

I don't know yet. Of the ones I have visited I would say southern Germany or the Lake Lugano area of Italy, next to Lake Como but not as expensive and more quaint. But, I will let you know when I come back from India. lol
