Actually Detroit is completely turning around and work is booming.. we can't even man everything as it is, and they broke ground on the new 650 million dollar hockey arena, twice that much on housing shops and parking structures.. plus a billion for a new GM plant and another billion on another.. and fedex building a giant new warehouse.. Little Ceasers building...new hospitals.
