Very interesting. Of course these are actors let's not forget that. On a real life level it is disturbing to think something like this might happen, and to one degree or another who's to say it doesn't or couldn't. I had our second baby near the end of 2014, it was a wonderful experience but so different from my first pregnancy in 2012. The 2012 pregnancy was a time of learning, adjusting, experimenting and an awesome sexual awakening for me. I kept a journal from the time I found out we were pregnant until a few days after the baby got here. It captures, the highs, lows, sexual fantasies, fears, anxieties, arguments, sexual exploring and fulfillments everything. It sometimes gets bogged down in day to day events but it may be interesting to a currently pregnant mom to be, her partner or anyone interested in what it was like.

We've been trying to make a baby since New Years and so far it hasn't happened. Beginning to wonder if maybe he's too old to knock me up and then I think about Michael Douglas and Larry King . . . they seemed to have made babies without any problem.

Men continue to produce live sperm all the way through their lives although there are less of them as they get older. Unless he has some other medical issue he should be able to father a child for you. Reproduction is not an exact science. Sometimes it takes a while, sometimes it happens instantly. Keep having regular sex and enjoy the experience and its probably just a matter of time. Have fun, and good luck. :)

Thank you for your comment. On an intellectual level I understand what you're saying, but emotionally each month when I'm not pregnant it's so disappointing. I feel sad for me and for him because he wants to give me a child. My lover is quite a bit older than me and I'm in my twenties . . . still it never occurred to me that I wouldn't be able to get pregnant when I wanted to.
