One of my friends who works as a Networking Engineer is here with me and tells me that the "Admin Password" has a way of sneaking out and getting among the general populace and makes life very difficult for the real admins They are first given out in good faith: Dora, a programmer developer needs Johnny's(an Admin who is rushing to put a new drive into an array with a failed disk) help to install a new Printer on the programming group's printer server. She need to list out a ton of scripts. Johnny is more focused on the broken disk drive besides Dora has such a nice face and even better boobs.Soft words are exchanged, a giggle or two and the password is written on a piece of paper which Dora crumples in one of her hands and rushes to the printer server's terminal has a dude or two lift out and connect the printer and logs in as "ADMIN" reading the password from the crumpled piece of paper that Johnny had given . The printer installed,she rushes to her terminal to do test runs before submitting the huge print job to the server. she has left behind the piece of paper on the server terminal table which has scrawled on it "ADMIN Pswd LIterotica "Domain=gr8tofuk!nar00m" A fairly secure password created to be easy to remember, hard to crack. But now the general population has access to it. My eBay friend says that eBay had to execute a lock-down project which lasted 3 months and took all their admin team going from desktop to desktop ever so often. I read the "site news " the first thing I log in everyday. Yesterday night I found myself reading thru a very casual, non Admin like thread about a dude called Ken or something like that. SO why should I be careful of "Noor" and be most careful in her presence. I have been so warned by some very nice people that I respect.

Then thers is some dude named "Manu", I leave the forum when he comes in cause he gave birth to everyone and I must be totally careful or he will "disappear" me. I find it difficult to believe that they are Admins, Manu probably is an Admin 'cause I read about him doing hardware stuff . But if he comes to the boards to terrorize users etc. then I am afraid he needs to be reported to his buisness manager. Perhaps Laurel is the only one who leaves work behind when she comes to the boards. I have called her evil and have not been disappeared yet...
Literotica should declare their admins and what purpose they have in these boards. Given the freedom ogf language there is in these forums and the ability to kick out people you dont like from your lives, we dont really need moderators, do we? There can be a complaint button that one can click to immediately call in some standby site admin for help!Oh yess I am also supposed to be scared of the Ghost of Byron! which takes me to the half page long signature Noor uses Gimme a break!!!

Ultimately the Admins are responsible for a ship-shape neat shop and no one but no one should be given the Admin password specially to the site servers.
