Delete a submission

I know that this has had to have been asked a million times before but I can't find it. It's probably right in front of me and I'm overlooking it somehow in the FAQ or the forums already, and I'm really sorry if it's an annoying question. How do I delete an approved submission? I don't see a delete button anywhere.

Resubmit the exact title followed by DELETE.

Put a note 'Please DELETE' in the NOTES box. Do not include any of the story in the text box.

You're welcome. Note that it takes as long as an Edit to happen - four or five days minimum at present.
