Sheriff's officials had been instructed not to inform court monitors that the evidence existed.

This after it was discovered that Arpaio hired a CI to provide information about the judge involved in the case? Emails between Sheriff's Detectives revealed that there were 50 hard drives related to information this CI provided, of which only one has been turned over.

So old Sheriff Joe has been defying court orders, been found in contempt, tried to gather information on the judge hearing the case, and tried to destroy evidence.

Joe has been a bad boy. With any luck he'll end upin jail eating his infamous balogna sandwiches.
