How's your summer going? Mine's been hard, trying to learn a new job. I think I'll really like it but the adjustment period is difficult.

I've been doing general tidying up tasks as Master's back late tonight. I've just recently got in from a walk with a friend, now I'm working on some art, then back to a ghost-writing task.

Dropped my son off at Boy Scout camp this morning, picked up a free dresser for my niece from craigslist, sanded and prepared it for paint and now I'm going out to dinner with my husband.

This is what I'm doing today, sitting inside trying to stay cool while perusing the interwebz trying to figure out this whole Jessica/Robby/Sara vine thingy. I mean are Sara and Robby a thing now? Did Sara stab her supposedly bff Jess in the back? Did Jessica cheat on Robby forcing Robby into the arms of the beautiful Sara? Is Robby just that much of a player to have boned Jess, throw her aside and bang Sara's brains out? Has Sara found her inner sluttiness? Too many questions, absolutely no answers.

Just what is going on here?

I made zucchini pickles, regular pickles, tahini, zucchini dip, corn salsa, flour tortillas and I sugared some mint leaves and flowers.

I need to do some jar decorating but right now I'm relaxed with a purring cat on my lap, a snoring dog with her head on my thigh and my feet on my awesome hubs.

My summer has been flying by, the wedding came up so quick and consumed so much of my extra time that now we've been trying to enjoy the outdoors and these last few weeks of warmth we have left. Work is nutso so my weekends are sacred.
