This is a true situation but no sex happened but thought it could make a good story. 40 ish petite housewife and family are moving. Husband and sons load up and go leaving wife to finish up a few things at the house. Bitchy petite 40ish land lady comes to inspect the house and finds damages that the housewife cannot afford to pay. Land lady and her husband confronts housewife on how she will pay for damages. Housewife says she can't afford to pay. This is where the real story ends and the sex part could begin.

This is not a different angle. This is pretty much the standard angle from top to bottom. Calling this a different angle is something like being like. Tony Stark's parents are dead. . .from old age and he can fly! He's nothing like Batman!
That being said done properly it can be a very interesting story. The real question is how fast and how rediculous do you want to go with it as well as the fate of the hubby? I see a couple possibilities. While my personal preferences are varied I'm going to list this the way I think most others here would advise you. (Whether or not I think they are insane or not.)
1. Slow burn. When they find out she can't pay they start cutting increasingly humiliating things for her to do but most of them are mild. They want her to be the sign twirler on the corner bringing in new renters. It's 90+ degrees outside so she's wearing fairly revealing clothing and at the same time she's sweating up a storm. She can swim well so they put her on lifeguard duty, maybe they throw a party (the apartments I used to live in threw what amounted to block parties for pretty much every bank holiday other than Thanksgiving and Christmas) and they have her as a server with a mando 'little black dress'.
Things eventually progress as she feels empowered by attention and compliments. Maybe she's a neglected housewife, maybe she's just gotten to the point where her hubby telling her she's gorgeous doesn't really mean anything because it's expected of him to say those kinds of things about her. But neighbors and strangers flattering her is an entirely different story.
1.A. Same as above just the landlady and her hubby are a bit more forceful. She better show some skin or they'll kick her out. Those college kids BBQing at the pool slapped your ass? Why the fuck are you over here, go help them clean up! so on and so forth.
2. The housewife kinda takes charge. When they ask if there is anything she can do to convince them she assumes they mean sex when they really wanted her to help with some gardening, or use her well known computer skills to fix the library or anything else under the sun. Either way she drops her dress on the spot and the landlady and her husband are basically feeling a combination of 'Jackpot' and holy shit what did we get ourselves into? As this "repressed" housewife has finally found her out. She's always wanted to try all sorts of things she could never ask her husband for because they were scandalous. Now if she refuses them her family will be thrown out on the streets. *GASP!* She has no choice. They didn't have to tell her to show up in latex boots and corset offering them a riding crop to punish her for being late. She knew what expected of an attractive woman in her position.
2.A. Same as above, only things start spiraling out of control rather quickly. Maybe the land lady owes someone money and they come over and think that the wife is part of the bargain and she plays along and by the time she realizes that this isn't just an 'innocent' game it's a bit late to dig herself out.
3. Just go zany. They force her to do all sorts of compromising things right out the gate with little build up. Her husband is forced to watch.
Personally since I was litterally coming up with these as I wrote I find that 2 might actually be something that I've yet to see done before and I find it to be an interesting concept.

While not really a different concept, how about quickly expanding this topic into other main subject areas? Since there is stuff broken and the family that's leaving can't or won't pay, the owners are planning on taking them to court. Unknown to the family, the owning couple are swingers and have previously discussed how to fix some of this. Outside of the lawyer's office, the owners take the couple aside and begin a bargaining process.
Owning Hubby asks Deliquent Wife to be a topless barmaid at his weekly poker night for the next for the next month. She agrees that 'no sex' is a rule, but he knows better...
