What is is you like most about your home? I am looking for a new home and the choices seem endless. Or maybe it is the balancing of the different choices.

Quiet street? That extra room? Patio? Walking distance to the schools? Big kitchen? Garage? Lot size?

I like having a partial stand up cellar rather than a crawl space. Where I live there aren't many basements or cellars.

On a nice quiet cul-de-sac. Have extra rooms, a decent size deck, heated garage, acre lot. Only 2 lights between me and the office. The view is the best.

This all sounds nice, except the extra rooms part. For the longest time, we had more rooms than needed and it just made for more to keep up with. One extra room is all I prefer, a guest room for visitors. I like a small place.

you might get your inspiration there, but I don't

Hardly. Part of my inspiration comes from a certain someone. She promised to dress as Harley Quinn which inspired me to be her Joker.

Mistah J is gonna go Gotham all over Harley! ;)

considering she's not the one who tends to precede your posts,
I highly doubt it

A good kitchen, nice southwest facing patio with view, buffer room from the noise and neighbors.

This year everyone around here converted their basements to indoor swimming pools.

wow…
but must be so expensive to maintain (dehumidifiers etc.)

Addit.
I didn't mean it as a joke; sounds v.v. tempting (got myself Quincke's oedema last time I went to a certain pool)

A quiet cul de sac, a large lot and the pool that came with the home.
